Follow these instructions to reset the system date and time on your operating system.
Follow these instructions to rest the system date and time.
- Double-click the Date and Time display on the taskbar, then click Change date and time settings.
- In the Date and Time tab, click Change date and time… If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, enter the password and provide confirmation as required.
- In the Date and Time Settings dialog box, set the time to the current date and time, then click OK.
- To change the time zone, click Change time zone… In the drop-down list, select your current time zone. Click OK.
After resetting the system date and time,
1. Restart the ExpressVPN app.
2. Connect to a VPN server location.
If you are still unable to connect to the VPN, reinstall the ExpressVPN app.
